Our exchange and refund policy aims to provide appropriate solutions in these cases, maintaining our customer satisfaction.


Options for Customers Inside Oman:


Exchange:

-Products damaged due to shipping errors or production faults can be exchanged, with Al Qafilah bearing the exchange costs.

-Exchange requests should be submitted within 3 days of receipt via email [[email protected]].

-Proof of purchase and photos illustrating the damage must be provided.



Refund with Item Return:

-Customers are entitled to request a refund and return the item to Al Qafilah.

-The item must be in its original condition.

Partial or Full Refund with Item Retention:

-Customers outside Oman can request a partial or full refund based on the damage assessment, without the need to return the item.
